              methodology (PMI, USA) for you to plan, develop and implement 
              applications, systems, services and products that are technically 
              sound and robust and provide a measurable set of performance and 
              economic metrics
              
              Methodology is a set of rules that defines what needs to be done, 
              when it needs to be done, and who is responsible for doing it. It 
              also explains the relationships between all the efforts and 
              actors. It includes a set of policies, procedures, standards, 
              processes, practices, tools, techniques, and tasks that 
              practitioners apply to the technical challenges of the project.
              
              Setting an appropriate development methodology for a particular 
              project is especially important for us. The methodology reflects 
              the increased need for determination of exact project goals, 
              elaboration of detailed development plan, and specific testing and 
              quality control procedures to guarantee excellent communication 
              level and mutual project objectives vision of a customer.
               
            
            
              For each of our projects, we follow Initiation, Planning, 
              Execution, Control and Closure processes, as per PMI, USA- PMBOK 
              guidelines, to ensure cost effective quality and timely delivery 
              of projects.
              
              The deliverables and responsibilities include but not limited to:
              
Obtain project charter from client/sponsor, clearly define what is in and out of project scope and prepare scope of work document.
			 Identify risks and prepare risk management and response plans
              
				Estimate activity duration and prepare project schedule and
              cost. 
				Continuously track project schedule and cost using EVM
              technique, to identify variances from the project plan while the 
              project
              is under execution. 
			 Review test plans and coordinate with testing team 
				Ensure project objectives are met and bring the project to an
              orderly closure by constant interaction with clients 
Capture all process metrics, lessons learnt from the project and make use of the same in future projects.
